Job Description
We are seeking a polished, energetic, and service-oriented Receptionist to join the administrative team on a temporary basis for our client. As the first point of contact for the firm, this role plays a critical part in maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere for high-level clients, executives, and guests, while ensuring smooth daily operations across the office. salary: $33 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide primary front desk phone coverage, answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Warmly greet clients, high-profile visitors, and vendors; offer coffee and tea; and deliver an exceptional, service-minded experience
- Coordinate conference room schedules, assist with meeting logistics, and manage room setup and breakdown before and after client meetings
- Order and coordinate catering for meetings, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure kitchen areas remain tidy and well-stocked
- Provide backup coverage for the Office Assistant (mail distribution, document prep) and Executive Assistants as needed
- Assist with expense report preparation and submission, track presentations, record incoming issues, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks
