Office ManagerFive Star Painting is looking for a vibrant and proactive Office Manager to assist in day-to-day operations. Satisfied customers are the key to our success. We're in need of someone to oversee the customer experience and ensure a personal, professional, and quality project. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to perform and accomplish without direct supervision.Responsibilities include:Maintain company and office efficiency.Maintain appearance of office, organizing, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and projects.Social media management.Coordinating with staff, customers, and cultivating relationships with vendors.Responding to customer and employee requests and questions during and after normal work hours.Social media and marketing experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google with the aptitude to learn new software and systems is required. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
