Position: Part-Time
Pay: $19-$24/hour
Windsor Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Business Office Assistant to support our Business Office Manager and Admissions Director. This position is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative work, excels at multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with admission paperwork and resident documentation
Review and process incoming referrals
Support HR onboarding and new hire paperwork
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager and Admissions Director
Perform additional clerical and office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, office, healthcare, or customer service role required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
