Additional Qualifications
| Certifications & Licenses - Ph.D. degree in a scientific field. Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a Master's degree is equivalent to a Ph.D. Five (5) years of specialized experience plus a Bachelor's degree is equivalent to a Ph.D - General experience with basic biochemical and molecular biologic techniques, with an understanding of the general scientific principles | Field of Study - Genetics - Microbiology - Chemistry |
| Software - Microsoft Suite | Skills - Ability to be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in selective breeding of Drosophila melanogaster - Proficiency in measuring sleep and circadian behavior in flies, and computing sleep and circadian phenotypes from raw activity data. - Proficiency in conducting statistical analyses of sleep and circadian behavior.
